Must be 5 years of age on or before September 1.

If the student is already enrolled in our district as a current PreK or Head Start student, registration is not needed. The student will roll up into the kindergarten classroom.

Required documents:

1. Proof of age.

CHILD'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE

2. Proof of residence.

UTILITY BILL WITH THE PARENT/GUARDIAN NAME AND PHYSICAL ADDRESS (No cell phone statements).

3. Proof of Guardianship (IF APPLICABLE)

FOSTER CARE PLACEMENT FORM, GUARDIANSHIP COURT ORDER, OR POWER OF ATTORNEY.

4. Immunization Record

5. Social Security Card

6. Parent(s) Driver's License

2022-2023 Registration: 

REGISTRATION starts Thursday, April 7 for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten 

Please bring an official birth certificate, social security card, updated immunization record, proof of residence, and verification of income.
